Landscape Committee
Members: Misty Entremont and Debra Langlois
Landscape Committee oversees the “look and feel” and sustainability of the community landscape. Monitors for any maintenance needed and the Liaison reports the findings to the Board for approval. Overviews the yard of the month and votes on the winner. The deciding vote is informed to the Board.
ACC Committee
Members: Misty Entremont, Justin Smith, Debra Langlois & Grady Noland
Architectural Control Committee (ACC) maintains property values by keeping the land and structures in accordance with the covenants, conditions, and restrictions established in the governing documents. All findings and reported concerns are presented to the Board for review and approval. All expenses must be decided by the Board.
