The Annual Board Meeting is tentatively scheduled for October 25, 2022, at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be located at the Prairieville Primary Cafeteria, located at 40228 Parker Rd, Prairieville, LA 70769.

Join in the Annual Easter Egg Hunt. The event has been rescheduled to Saturday, April 2nd from 4 PM – 5 PM.   We hope everyone visits!  If you would like to participate in setting up the event, please email us at shadowsatmanchachoa@gmail.com.  The Shadows at Manchac Easter Celebration (Hosted by the HOA) to include:  Egg Hunt, Games, Face Painting, Easter Bunny, and Food Trucks – Currently Taquereasy & Kona Ice.

Join us for an evening of fun, games, food, and drinks hosted by the Shadows at Manchac HOA Board of Directors.  Catch up with old friends and meet new ones at the Fall Festival and Meet and Greet on Friday, October 22, 2021, at 5:00 pm at the Common Lot.

The Shadows at Manchac HOA will hold an information meeting on Friday, December 11, 2020 @ 5:30 pm at the Common Lot.  Residents raised questions at the November 18, 2020, Annual HOA Meeting regarding the amended restrictive covenants for The Shadows at Manchac HOA.  The decision was made to delay any restrictive covenant questions at this meeting and that the HOA Board would hold an informational meeting for residents to discuss their concerns with changes that were made to the restrictive covenants.

Join in the Summer Kick Off Party on Saturday, June 13th, starting at 4PM. The event will take place in the Front Common Area, and will include food, music, and fun in the sun.  Be sure to bring a towel and swimsuit for the water fun (slip-n-slide and water slide.  RSVP and feel free to sign up to bring a treat.  For more information, contact Megan Coco.

The HOA will be hosting holiday festivities for the 12th day of Christmas. Please join us on  Saturday, December 12, 2020 between 4:30 p.m.- 6:30 p.m. at The Shadows of Manchac Common Lot.  Please come out with your family for hot cocoa, candy canes, and to cast your vote for the Best Neighborhood Holiday Lights display (the winner will receive December 2020 Yard of the Month).
